- Are you looking for a career that gets you out of the office and into the heart of Northern Colorado? At Little Star, we are looking for compassionate, energetic individuals to join us as Supported Community Connections (SCC) Providers.
- As an SCC Provider, you are more than a caregiver—you are a mentor, a navigator, and a friend. You’ll work one-on-one with incredible individuals, helping them explore Fort Collins and Loveland, learn new skills, and build a life of independence. If you believe that everyone deserves to be an active part of their community, we want to meet you.
- Keep in mind, no two days are the same when you are helping someone connect with the world around them. As a 1:1 provider, your “office” might be a local nature trail, the public library, or a neighborhood coffee shop.
- On any given day, you might:
- Accompany a service member to a local museum or community event.
- Support someone during a workout at an athletic center.
- Help build confidence while navigating public spaces or shopping centers.
- Facilitate social interactions and help foster new hobbies.
